He formed Neil Street Builders, Inc. in 1999 and has tackled countless home renovations, custom builds, commercial designs, and unique specialty projects. Neil also holds a North Carolina real estate license as he started in the industry in 1992 serving as a broker for Prudential Carolinas Realty. He is a proud Tar Heel and graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
