When most buyers go into home search mode - they may end up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many homes to look at if you're limited on time! We can help you to narrow your search down to a couple of dozen houses, keeping these tips in mind:

• Before you get here, send us a couple of lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can take it out of the list.
• Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, know your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes beyond your price range.
• How long of a commute are you ready to make each day to work and other interests? Traffic in the Winston Salem area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so let us know your desired drive-time, and we'll locate homes within that radius.

Before we meet in person, we could send you recommendations for listings we should see. Or you may already have some top candidates as a result of your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is helpful, there's nothing like touring homes in person. We can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. By planning ahead, we could tour 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
